I am a big believer in ordering whatever I can online to save time. If I do not need the item right away, I often order it online. For example the other day I ordered all my canon ink jet cartridges for my printer online because I knew I was running low. In 2 days, they came in the mail, and I have them stored away for when I run out of ink. I do this with clothing and office supplies as well.
In the last 3 years since I had my daughter, I started to do grocery shopping online. I found it to be convenient with no nanny that I could order what I wanted online the night before and get it at my doorstep during the day. The great hassle free way of going to the grocery store without actually driving to the store, picking everything off the shelves, checking out, loading in my car, unloading from my car, has been worth every penny of the $9 delivery charge. Not to mention the amount of time it saves me from going to and from the store. I usually order from Vons and they have everything I need from Lactaid milk to Miltons High Fiber bread, to flowers. I use them weekly and it is a life saver.
For those of you who work at an office, you can order your groceries to be delivered for when you arrive home between 6P-8P. That will be one less thing to worry about doing after work. I don’t know about you but that is one less argument I need to have with my husband weekly. Prices are really good too and around this time of year they usually give a free turkey if you order over a certain amount.
If you want to try it, I have a coupon code that I got recently. Here it is- try it out. Free Delivery on your First Order of $50 or more at Vons.com
